Wayne Pearce – Managing Director
Wayne has been involved in the security industry for 30 years and is the founding MD. With his guidance Metropolis Security has continued to enjoy steady and sustained growth throughout the years, and he maintains overall responsibility for day to day decision making.
He became interested in the security industry through his father who at one time was the manager of the legendary Bristol club - The Granary. It was not long before Wayne founded Metropolis Security.
Peter Milmine – Business Development Manager
Peter started working for Metropolis in 2001 whilst studying a full time degree in business. After graduating he became a more integral part of the business and is now responsible for assisting the managing director in business growth and development.
